At Frexiva S.A.S. ("Frexiva", "we") we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you entrust to us through frexiva.com and our real estate crowdlending services. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your information in accordance with Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Frexiva S.A.S., CUIT 30-71762489-4, with legal address at Av. Libertador 498, Floor 12, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Database registered with the AAIP under No. RNBD-2026-00412.
2. Data we collect
We collect: (i) identification data (first and last name, national ID, CUIT/CUIL); (ii) contact data (email, phone, address); (iii) financial and asset information required for anti-money-laundering purposes; (iv) technical data (IP, device, browser, cookies).
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: execute the contractual relationship, verify your identity (KYC), comply with obligations imposed by the UIF and the CNV, send you communications about relevant investment projects, improve our services and comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations in force in Argentina.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on: your free and informed consent (art. 5 Law 25,326), the execution of a contract to which you are a party, compliance with legal obligations applicable to crowdfunding platforms and Frexiva's legitimate interest in improving its services.
5. Recipients
We may share your data with financial institutions, notaries, auditors, public authorities (CNV, UIF, AFIP), technology and legal providers, always under confidentiality agreements and in compliance with Argentine regulations.
6. Retention
We keep your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a minimum of ten (10) additional years, as required by Law 25,246 on the Prevention of Money Laundering.
7. Data subject rights
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, updating, erasure and objection by writing to privacidad@frexiva.com. You may also file complaints with the Agency for Access to Public Information, Av. Pte. Gral. Julio A. Roca 710, Buenos Aires.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — TLS 1.3 encryption, access controls, annual external audits — to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access or misuse.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. The current version will be published on this page along with the last updated date.
