These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of frexiva.com and the services provided by Frexiva S.A.S., CUIT 30-71762489-4, registered in the CNV Registry of Crowdfunding Platforms under Res. Gral. 2026/No. 1,087. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Purpose

Frexiva operates a digital platform that connects investors with Argentine real estate developers through secured loan contracts. Frexiva does not act as a financial intermediary nor does it offer products governed by Law 21,526 on Financial Entities.

2. Requirements to invest

You can invest if you are over 18, have tax residence in Argentina and successfully complete identification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering checks in accordance with UIF Resolution 65/2024.

3. Risks

Real estate investments involve risks, including construction delays, developer defaults and market fluctuations. Estimated returns are not guaranteed and you may lose your entire investment. Please read each project's documentation carefully.

4. Fees

Frexiva charges a 2% success fee on distributed returns and a structuring fee to the developer. All fees are detailed in each project sheet before you subscribe.

5. Intellectual property

The site, logos, texts, images and software are owned by Frexiva or used under license. Any total or partial reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

6. Liability

Frexiva will make its best efforts to ensure site availability but will not be liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, cyber-attacks or third-party service failures.

7. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. We will notify you by email and/or through a notice on the site. Continued use implies acceptance of the new conditions.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
